Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year and was 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut and set herself new goals each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto work out sets. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
